verall- A fresh, racy white wine with firm structure and properly wound acid. Lacks the over the top oak and cream of most mass produced “Fume Blanc” style Sauvignon Blancs. Properly made, well voiced single vineyard sauvignon blanc. Best used as a casual food wine, with light fare or to start a dinner with before moving to red.
